HM4 bug fixes

Hi All,

Another minor release. There are a few bug fixes, but nothing too big.

I've got bad news, and more bad news. The first bit of bad news is that I didn't get very much done on it. There are still some critical bugs that need to be fixed. The Other bad news, is that this is likely the end of the project. Unless some miracle happens, I can't work on it anymore.
